At Coloring Path, we strive to provide high-quality digital coloring books and printable products. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Digital Products – No Refund Policy

All products sold on Coloring Path are digital downloads.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the file has been delivered or accessed.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations after purchase except in the limited circumstances outlined below.

Eligible Refund Situations

We may issue a refund only if:

  • The digital file is corrupted and cannot be opened
  • The download link does not function
  • You were charged multiple times for the same product
  • A technical error prevented access to your purchase

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

  • Change of mind
  • Accidental purchase
  • Not liking the design
  • Lack of knowledge on how to download or open files
  • Incompatibility with your device or software
  • Failure to read product description

Because digital products cannot be “returned,” we cannot verify non-use after delivery.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we reserve the right to:

  • Suspend future purchases
  • Deny future access to products
  • Provide transaction and download records to the payment processor

We encourage customers to contact us first to resolve any issue.

  • Email used for purchase

We aim to respond within 2–3 business days.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely via third-party providers, including:

  • Stripe
  • PayPal

Refund approvals, when applicable, may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your payment provider.

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
