Ownership and Rights
All coloring page artwork published on Coloring Path is created by our in-house artist. Our illustrations are original, hand-crafted artwork produced independently for personal, non-commercial, educational, and creative use.
Where our artwork depicts characters from popular franchises — including but not limited to Pokémon (Nintendo / The Pokémon Company), Sonic the Hedgehog (Sega), Hello Kitty and other Sanrio characters (Sanrio Co., Ltd.), Demon Slayer, Attack on Titan, Jujutsu Kaisen (their respective manga and anime rights holders), Mario and related Nintendo characters (Nintendo Co., Ltd.), and similar properties — those character names, likenesses, and associated trademarks are the exclusive intellectual property of their respective owners. Coloring Path is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to any of these trademark holders.

Filing a Copyright Claim
If you are a copyright owner or an agent authorized to act on behalf of a copyright owner and believe that your work has been copied or used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide us with the following information:

- Description of the Copyrighted Work: A clear and accurate description of the copyrighted work that you believe has been infringed.
- Identification of Infringing Content: The URL or specific location on Coloring Path where the allegedly infringing content is found.
- Statement of Good Faith Belief: A statement indicating that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Statement of Accuracy: A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your claim is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Electronic or Physical Signature: Your electronic or physical signature or that of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.
Submission of Copyright Claim
Please submit your copyright claim by using our contact form with the subject line “Copyright Claim.”
Upon receiving your claim, we will review it promptly. If we determine that the content in question violates copyright law, we will take appropriate actions, which may include removing or disabling access to the infringing material. We may also contact the responsible party to give them an opportunity to respond to your claim.
Counter-Notification
If you believe that content was mistakenly removed due to a copyright claim, you may send us a counter-notification. Your counter-notification should include:
- Your contact information, including full name, email address, physical address, and phone number.
- Identification of the content that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your consent to jurisdiction in the location of your physical address.
- Your electronic or physical signature.
